About Pharmacy Science
General Introduction
Pharmacy Science was launched in March 2005 as a strong platform for publication of scientific output from the hospital and oncology pharmacy profession and related disciplines. By end of 2011, the journal title is no longer published. The last issue was published in 2011, Issue 3.
Manuscripts relating to scientific development in hospital and oncology pharmacy can be considered for publication in European Journal of Oncology Pharmacy (EJOP).
Mission Statement
- To provide a strong platform that concentrates the scientific output of the pharmacy profession and related disciplines
- To make pharmaceutical innovations and developments in pharmaceutical and biomedical sciences accessible for hospital and oncology pharmacists to use in all aspects of their clinical, scientific and professional work
Scope and Profile
The aim of EJOP and Pharmacy Science is to publish high quality research papers, review articles and case studies, which will be of interest to various disciplines within oncology and academic pharmacy. To meet these aims, the scope of the Journal is broad and of relevance to pharmacists working in all areas of hospital and oncology pharmacy and interested in research in clinical, technical and social pharmacy as well as pharmaco-epidemiology and pharmacoeconomics.
